As we already discussed, your main goal is to increase the number of new leads coming into your business.

We will be using Meta ads to target your potential customers.

Where Will Your Ads Appear

Facebook Ads

We won’t be using Facebook to target corporate executives anytime soon. Instead, we’ll leverage Facebook’s advanced targeting tools to focus on the right audience—homeowners in the Tampa Bay area looking for professional residential painting services. Facebook even allows us to refine our reach to include users who recently moved, own homes, or show interest in home improvement, ensuring our services are seen by those who need them most.

Instagram Ads

Instagram is the perfect platform to showcase vibrant transformations and attract the right audience. Our strategy will focus on targeting homeowners in the Tampa Bay area who are passionate about home improvement and design. By utilizing Instagram’s advanced tools, we’ll reach users who engage with renovation content, follow interior design accounts, or recently moved. With visually compelling ads, we’ll capture their attention and position Total Quality Painting as the go-to choice for professional residential painting services.

Not Every Homeowner Shares Their Renovation Plans on Facebook

Therefore, we will also target homeowners over 25 with interests in home improvement, interior design, and other related topics.

Facebook allows us to run multiple small ad tests during the initial months. While many may not perform as expected, our goal is to identify the two or three campaigns that deliver exceptional results. Once we find what works, we’ll scale up those efforts, confident that we’ve discovered the winning formula to reach your ideal audience.

The Process

Step 1: Interview

Before we get started, we need to understand exactly who we are trying to target, what they might be interested in, and how they might respond to certain things. It is unlikely you will have exact answers but it is enough to give us a starting point.

Step 2: Onboading Document

As part of our streamlined process, all Meta Ads customers are required to complete an onboarding document before we begin work. This document gathers essential information about your business, target audience, goals, budget, and branding preferences. By completing this step, we ensure that our advertising strategy is tailored specifically to your needs and optimized for success. This critical step helps us hit the ground running and maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Step 3: Start running ads

We will begin with a limited number of ads, then slowly add more campaigns over the coming days. The idea behind this is to get you used to the traffic, the email volume, and the level of inquiries. It is not ideal to maximize traffic potential while you are struggling to handle the initial load of inquiries.

Step 4: Ongoing revisions

There is a concept called "ad blindness". This phenomenon occurs when you see the same ad again and again, and as a result, you start to tune it out. It might even be a greatly helpful product and be exactly what you are looking for, but for whatever reason, your brain ignores it.

For that reason, we keep recycling the ads. The majority of the ad will stay, but instead of saying "Get Your Free Report" we might change it to "Free Checklist: Get Yours". The message remains but appears visually different.

Step 5: Going forward

Over time, we will begin to observe which types of ads, markets, platforms, and targeting are really producing customers. It is something you never know from day one.

Eventually, we can start shutting down the ads that are not as effective at producing customers and double down on the ones that are.

Oddly enough, sometimes you can have very well-performing ads that just attract window-shoppers. It looks great on paper, but in reality, they do not pay off. On the other hand, you can have a poorly performing ad that actually filters people out, leaving only the very interested people clicking.

An example of this is called "price filtering". It is where you put a price in the ad. Anyone not prepared to spend any money will not bother clicking saving you a click from someone who wasn't ever going to buy anyway.

Timescales

It will take around 7 work days to get your first set of ads live.

Your Investment

This agreement establishes a 6-month commitment for advertising services, with a monthly fee of $1,000. Payments are due at the beginning of each month for the duration of the contract. This structure ensures a consistent and focused approach to achieving your marketing goals over the full term of our partnership.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Conquering Local will provide Meta Ads management services, including campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing monitoring, as outlined in this agreement. Any additional services requested by the Client may require a separate agreement or addendum.

2. Contract Period

This Agreement is for a fixed term of six (6) months, beginning on the start date specified in this contract. The Agreement may be renewed or amended upon mutual written consent.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The monthly fee for services is $1,000, payable at the beginning of each month.
  • Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information, including completing the onboarding document, to facilitate the creation and management of campaigns.
  • Grant access to any relevant Meta accounts, such as Facebook Ads Manager, required for campaign management.
  • Approve any necessary ad creatives or content in a timely manner to avoid delays.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Conquering Local will use its expertise to create and optimize campaigns. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of leads, sales, or impressions, as these depend on factors beyond its control, including market conditions and platform algorithms.

6. Ownership of Campaigns

All advertising accounts, campaigns, and creatives created during the term of this Agreement will remain the property of the Client. Conquering Local will not retain ownership of any materials upon the termination of this contract.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.

8. Termination

This Agreement cannot be terminated early, except in cases where both parties provide mutual written consent. Any unpaid fees for the remaining term will remain due if the Client terminates the Agreement prematurely without such consent.

9. Liability Limitation

Conquering Local shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided under this Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where Conquering Local operates.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Conquering Local and Total Quality Painting regarding the services outlined herein. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
